1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using geneticdesigner.io ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Divine Trust Stewardship

Genetic Designer Atelier is a commerce layer of the Imperial Gage Royal Ministry Trust, a sovereign ecclesiastical trust operating under Divine Law for the benefit of ALL creation.

All genetics, seeds, plants, and intellectual property offered through this site are consecrated property of the Ecclesiastical Divine Trust — held in stewardship, not in commerce.

By acquiring any genetics or materials, you acknowledge that:

• These genetics are not for commercial use or resale
• Your contribution supports the preservation, restoration, and stewardship of sacred genetics for all beings
• The trust retains sovereign ownership of all genetic lines and associated IP
• Your rights are those of a steward-participant, not a commercial licensee

This is not merely a transaction. It is a participation in the restoration of the Garden.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 or of legal age in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments processed through Authorize.net. Credit cards, crypto (SOL/BTC/ETH/USDC/USDT/SUI), CashApp, Venmo, and precious metals accepted. Full payment due at order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Shipping

Shipping to qualified jurisdictions only. You are responsible for knowing your local laws regarding cannabis genetics.

6. Returns

All sales final. Genetics are living products and cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

Genetic Designer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability not to exceed amount paid.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Michigan law. Disputes resolved exclusively in Michigan courts.
